THIS PROJECT EXPLORES HOW A DESIRE FOR URBAN EXPERIENCE MAY BE HARNESSED THROUGH VARIOUS STRATEGIES TO ACHIEVE PLACE-BASED ECONOMIC VIABILITY IN WHICH COMMUNITY MEMBERS PARTICIPATE WITH STAKEHOLDERS TO DEVELOP AN EQUITABLE AND SUSTAINABLE PLACE FOR ALL.
